How to upgrade your device
Your computer should be connected to the internet.
1. Please download iriver Firmware Updater and unzip the file.
   Then you will see on your computer.
   Double click the icon then iriver Firmware Updater will be appeared.
   Click NEXT button to proceed.

2. Connect your device to the PC.
   In case of H10 Series, please refer to below image and follow the steps carefully.

Your H10 should display as below when it is connected to the PC.

3. Once your device is well connected, iriver Firmware Updater shows a device found. Click next button to continue.

4. It will show you the current firmware version on the device and the latest firmware version available. Click next button to continue.

5. The upgrade is proceeding as below. Please wait until the upgrade is done.

6. It shows complete message and upgraded firmware version.

If your PC is not connected to internet, manual upgrade is also available.
Please download the latest firmware for your device at below link and click "Manual" button and open "*****.zip" file.
